All changes are subject to prior notice. Autographs, selfies, meet & greets, and photos with the stars must be purchased separately. A selection of autograph sheets will be available on-site for a fee. Prices are subject to change. All tickets are strictly non-exchangeable once the event takes place. Visitors are explicitly informed that, according to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for any tickets. All guests reserve the right to cancel their appearance at any time due to film/job commitments, illness, low ticket sales, or personal reasons. In the event of a guest cancellation, tickets for autographs, photo shoots, and meet & greets will, of course, be automatically refunded to the account used for purchase. There is no entitlement to a refund for admission tickets, including VIP or upgrade tickets.
