WHAT IS A THEMED CON?
A themed convention like the Salvatore Con is all about meeting the stars and sharing experiences – whether it’s during autograph and selfie sessions, photo ops, meet & greets, or panels. Merch stands, decorations, and other activities are usually there too, but they’re not the main focus. At the heart of it all is the personal fan experience with the stars of The Vampire Diaries universe.
WHAT ARE AUTOGRAPH SESSIONS?
With an autograph ticket, you’ll receive your personal autograph from the star you’ve chosen. The autographs are signed right in front of you and handed to you personally by the star. You can bring your own items to be signed, use fan merchandise, or purchase official autograph sheets with different designs. Often, there’s also the chance to exchange a few words with your star – a truly special moment for many fans. Please note: an autograph ticket is an add-on and does not replace the entry ticket to the event.
HOW DO I GET A SELFIE?
Selfies with the stars can – if offered by the respective star – be taken during the autograph session. You can check in the ticket overview in the ticket shop whether a star offers selfies. Selfies are a great chance for a personal keepsake photo with your star – spontaneous, up close, and authentic. Please note: a selfie ticket is an add-on and does not replace an entry or autograph ticket.
WHAT IS A MEET & GREET?
A Meet & Greet is an exclusive opportunity to meet a star in a small, private group. In a relaxed atmosphere, you’ll have time for a conversation, ask questions, or simply enjoy the moment together. Group sizes are kept very limited to allow for personal interaction. Depending on the star, the format may vary – sometimes the focus is on chatting, sometimes on a group photo. Meet & Greets usually last up to 30 minutes. Please note: a Meet & Greet is an add-on and does not replace an entry ticket to the event.
WHAT IS A PHOTO OP?
A Photo Op is your chance to have a professionally taken photo with your favorite stars – up close and personal. You’ll be photographed together with a star, usually against a neutral background so all the focus is on you. Your finished photo will be handed to you on-site right after – a true highlight for your fan album! In addition to single Photo Ops, there are also duo and group options with the stars. Available combinations will be announced ahead of the event. Please note: a Photo Op ticket is an add-on and does not replace an entry ticket.
WHAT IS A Q&A PANEL?
A Q&A (Questions & Answers) Panel is a moderated session with the stars on stage. They share funny behind-the-scenes stories, chat about their roles, and answer questions from the audience. Panels are included with your entry ticket, so no extra ticket is needed. It’s a great chance to see your favorite stars live – spontaneous, entertaining, and often really funny. Panels usually last around 30 minutes.
