You definitely need your admission ticket – only with this will you get access to Salvatore Con.
You can conveniently show your admission ticket on your phone – the QR code just needs to be easily scannable. Important: Tickets for autographs, selfies, meet & greets, and photo ops must be printed – mobile tickets alone are not sufficient.
Yes, there is a box office in case tickets are not sold out in advance. If tickets sell out beforehand, there will be no box office on-site. Regardless, we always recommend buying tickets in our online shop – they are cheaper in advance and save you waiting time at the venue.
With a Fast Lane wristband, you get priority access to autograph tables and photo shoots via a separate queue (the FAST LANE). Important: The Fast Lane pass does not include autograph or photo tickets and does not replace the admission ticket. You need both.
For each of these extras, you need a separate ticket for the respective star, in addition to your admission ticket. These can be found in the shop under the individual guests – simply click the TICKETS button for your chosen star. Make sure you book the star tickets for the correct day!
Yes! We offer various duo and group shoots. You need a special group shoot ticket – it is not possible to combine two individual tickets for a group photo.
Yes – everyone in the photo needs their own ticket. For example, if you want a photo with a friend and a star, both of you need a Photo Op ticket. Each of you will receive your own printed photo.
Children and companions also need their own ticket for selfies, autographs, photo shoots, or meet & greets.
Yes – as long as they are not sold out, you can buy tickets at Salvatore Con directly, either in cash at the guest tables or by card at the sales desk. Note: On-site tickets are usually slightly more expensive, and popular time slots often sell out quickly – so it’s better to secure them in the online shop beforehand!
Please note that Eventbrite is gradually discontinuing PDF ticket delivery via email worldwide. If you did not receive your tickets by email after purchase, first open the Eventbrite app and log in to your account. Under MY TICKETS, you can view your booking and download your tickets. If the app does not work or you cannot find your tickets there, it often helps to log in via browser (eventbrite.com) and access your tickets there. For persistent problems, please contact Eventbrite support directly.
The program usually starts at 10:00 AM, and entry will be scheduled shortly before that. Exact entry times and the full schedule will be published 1–2 weeks before the event. Please allow enough time for travel, check-in, and possible bag checks – especially in the morning, there may be waiting times.
What is the difference between a selfie and a photo op?
Selfie: Taken with your own phone directly at the star’s table during the autograph session. It’s a spontaneous moment, often with a short chat, and usually in a relaxed atmosphere.
Photo Op: A professional photo taken by our photographer. It’s faster and more organized – you will receive a high-quality, printed photo on-site.

Autograph sessions have no fixed times. Stars are usually at their autograph tables when they are not at a photo op, in a meet & greet, on stage, or on a break. If any stars have fixed times, we will announce them in advance.
Yes, this is generally possible! Usually, you can give a gift during the autograph session – if you have an autograph ticket and get an autograph. Please note that stars often have tight schedules and may not have time for long conversations or accepting larger gifts. Small, handy items are therefore best.
